His marvelous deeds among all peoples.

Good morning...

I had trouble sending a post last night....no matter what I tried, I could not connect to wifi.

After a good night's rest
we are all gathered together at the church...
The smell of bacon has drifted to every floor of the church
as we all wait in anticipation of breakfast and a new day of work.
{Chef Kim and Chef Renee}

We've been split into three groups.
Today,
 Team one {All 11th-12th graders} will continue to build a deck

Team two will begin constructing a wheelchair ramp for one of the church members
and later will do an event for Middle Schoolers
{Kierstin, Emma, Kali, Drew and Jason}

Team three will put on a Kids Camp for a nearby neighborhood
{Kelly, Courtney, Emily, Faith, Wendy and Terri}

We'd appreciate your prayers throughout the day.
We've had no major injuries
{Kierstin's big, bad blister injury}

{SOMEone must be praying,
we have power tools!!!}

Good morning Nathan, I am so blessed to have you as my son, but even more so now that you will know how to build a deck at our house! I love you--hope you're not too hot without your fan...Terri, thanks for doing this--if there are any specifics for us to take to Intercessors tonight, please let us know. Jason, should I bring up your protection from disciplinary action in prayer meeting tonight? Wendy, hope you are staying cool and not overexerting. Renee, Nate will likely enjoy your cooking much more than mine. Nate, remember that your mom now has a real cell phone with unlimited texting.. Kiersten, sorry about your blister..if your dad gives you a hard time, we'll take care of him for you.

Nice update Terri... Although who decided to place the two most likely to be distracted and goof off on the same work crew?

Andrew we are proud of you! Have fun.

Thanks for the updates Terri! It is so great to have an idea of what the team is doing and how we can be praying for you. Emily, Dad and I are so proud of you and the work you are doing. We're praying for all of you and know that God is going to do amazing things in and through you this week!
